Yes, we offer FREE RETURNS.
Once you see your item, we believe you will not want to return it.
But, for any reason, you can return your item free of charge and no questions asked.
Our Commitment to you is that our part of the transaction does not end once your item is delivered.
Items must be returned 14 days after you receive the item.
Items must be in their original condition.
Original condition means that item(s) must be in new condition with tags intact and all paperwork included with gift box.
There should be no signs of alteration, usage, sizing, engraving, or damage.
All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging and properly packed to prevent damage.
Special orders and closeouts are not eligible for return.

No return will be accepted without an RMA#.
Let us know if you are exchanging or want a refund.
We will email you a return label, RMA #, and farther instructions.
Keep the tracking number from the return label. You will be able to track and know when we receive your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Allow 24 to 72 hours to process your return once we receive your package.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
